I have always been around business and finance. After finishing college, I began a management career in the food industry, and shortly afterward, formed my own business which I ran successfully for several years. It was a valuable experience, sharpening my understanding of the necessity of managing risks while maximizing returns.
In 2007 I found a new passion and became a financial advisor with a major broker-dealer. However, it wasn’t long before I began to learn that some investments profited in things I disagreed with - abortion, pornography and the promotion of anti-family lifestyles. I truly believe that God owns it all and that we are stewards of His resources. And I knew I had to change what I was doing.
I made a commitment to faith-based investing in 2010. It was a radical change and one that many didn’t understand. But in my heart, I knew it was the right thing to do. Using pro-family and pro-life values in investment and financial choices, I understood that we become more than wise investors, we become good stewards of what we’ve been given.
In 2019 I made another change, becoming a true fiduciary as an independent advisor. With this independence, I serve my clients' best interests with complete transparency and have more intimate relationships with the people I work with. Most importantly, it allows me to work fully as both a market technician and specialize in the area or morally responsible investing. I love what I do!
As a member of Sts. Simon & Jude Parish, I donate my time and resources to both my church and the Christian organizations I believe in. In addition, I am a member of Kingdom Advisors, the National Association of Christian Financial Counselors, and the Association for Catholic Investing.
